This group assists Pt Reyes National Seashore staff in removing invasive exotic plant species. Park Service staff leads groups one Thursday each month and one Sunday each month, and additional days can be scheduled. Invasive exotic plant species displace native plant species and can change entire ecosystems. Examples include Scotch Broom and Cape Ivy.

"Weed Warriors" remove invasive plants that ruin wildlife habitat, increase fire danger, take over and crowd out everything else, or are otherwise bad actors in East Bay natural areas. "Friends of Five Creeks' Weekday Weed Warriors" remove harmful invasive plants in natural areas 10 AM - noon Tuesdays, at a different restoration site each week. Get outdoors! This is a group for people who want to hike, paddle, and/or do volunteer trail work and habitat restoration in the Lake Berryessa area of Napa County.
